Associate Pastor -
Pastor Kim Loh (5pm Service)

Kim Loh serves as the Associate Pastor of ECCI. He is the pastor responsible for the ECCI 5pm service and congregation. Before coming to Melbourne in 2006, Kim has served as an Elder in two other churches one in Kuala Lumpur and the other in Beijing, China. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry Degree with The Millenium International University. He is married to Ping Ping and they have three sons, Ernest, Christopher and Ian. He was an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc.Economics from the University of Wales.

Associate Pastor -    
Pastor Woo Lim Ang (9 and 11 am Services)

Pastor Woo Lim Ang was one of the first members of the Evangelical Community Church ("ECCI").   Born into a pastor's family, he gained good insight into the life of a pastor as he saw his father sacrificially labour for Christ.  Since childhood, he had always had a keen interest in God's work in the church.  He worked as a biomedical engineer in the Department of Paediatrics at Monash University, the Australian Army and the Australian Commonwealth Department of Health.  He later worked in the financial sector principally in the areas of financial analysis and equities.  While being engaged in secular employment, he pursued part-time theological studies.  God's calling on him became more pronounced in mid-2006 and he made himself available for formal ministry.  ECCI appointed him as a non-stipendiary pastor in 2006.  He left his secular employment in early 2007.  His interests are in pastoral care and preaching God's Word.  Pastor Ang is married to Cheer Ring and they are blessed with a daughter and a son who are also keenly interested in God's work.

Associate Pastor -
Philip Lin (5 pm Service and Care Groups)

Philip Lin has been the Associate Pastor of ECCI since August 2006. He is responsible for Care Group, 5 pm Congregation and counselling. He has a Master degree in Counselling with Sydney College of Divinity, undergraduate degrees in Ministry and Commerce. He is also a Graduate Member of Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and an ordained minister of Assemblies of God, Malaysia. His passion is to see churches providing leadership in the area of marriage, mentoring and in equipping men to make a positive impact in the wider society. Philip is married to Khio and they have two daughters, Elicia and Janise.

Associate Pastor -
Winnie Phoon (Children Ministry)

Winnie Phoon has been the Children's Pastor for ECCI since March 2008.  As the Children's Pastor, she is responsible for all aspects of the children discipleship process, including training of children ministry workers, leadership, preaching and teaching, parenting and external relationships. She has a Bachelor of Theology from TCA College, Singapore and is currently completing her MA degree with the same college.  Her ministry experience also involved serving in missions work and is also a WorldTeach trainer.  Winnie is married to Patrick and they have two wonderful grown sons.

Associate Pastor -
Dorcas Seto (Mandarin Service)

Dorcas Seto has been the Pastor of Mandarin Service since 2006. As the Pastor in-charge, she is responsible for all aspects of the Mandarin congregation. This includes planning, implementation, leadership, preaching, teaching, pastoral care, visitation and prayer. She has a Master Degree of Arts from the Bible College of Victoria and a Certificate in Care of Pre-School Children. She is passionate about youth ministry, ladies/mother’s welfare as well as personal motivation for individual growth. Dorcas is married to Jeff Lai, and they have 1 daughter, Dorothea.

Associate Pastor -
Caleb Eng Kim Ong (Mandarin Service)

Caleb Eng Kim Ong was awarded with the Master of Divinity degree with Bible College of Victoria. He is married to Cheryl Cheer Ree Ong and God has blessed them with three sons; Jason, Anderson and Wilson. Since young, God has granted him many opportunities to serve in various ministries such as; teaching Sunday school, leading youth group, church choir, serving as a deacon and lay preacher at the Chinese Methodist Church in Kuala Lumpur, prison ministry and Gideon International . He has also served in the deacons board at ECC Box Hill for over twenty years. He was a CPA accountant working in a bank before taking early retirement in 2006 to study for full time ministry. He is now pastoring in the Mandarin service together with Pastor Dorcas Seto.

Ps. John Beh (Youth Pastor 'LinC')

John cherishes his call to serve the Lord with his family in diverse capacities over the past 20 years as an ordained minister. He has worked as a journalist and freelance editor-writer as well as lectured in numerous academic institutions, seminars and workshops as a consultant trainer. John is also a PADI scuba instructor who enjoys God’s underwater world with his lovely wife, Jessica, and daughter, Janielle. He has two other lovely girls, Janna, and Jirene.

Although John is committed to preaching the full gospel, reaching and raising disciple-leaders among youths and young adults, he also believes in building strong families in the local church, having headed family-oriented home-cell ministries and conducted pre-marital counselling workshops to infuse biblical values among God's people. John is certified to administrate the Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis and the DISC Personality tests which he has found useful in helping people to understand and build on their dispositions.
