About the event

Mental illness is a major public health issue. Christians are not immune from mental illness. Wrong theology and stigma have caused more distress among Christians suffering from mental illness. The seminar will briefly consider the various mental health issues, a Christian perspective on mental illness and how as Christians we can walk alongside fellow Christians suffering from mental illness.

Guest speaker: Dr Kuruvilla George (Assoc. Professor).

Dr Kuruvilla George (KG) is committed to facilitating positive transformation in Christians through the integration of theology and psychology. He believes that bringing these two disciplines together is a significant advancement for the church and its connection with society at large.
